Plug & Play (2000) litres per day Water Bottling Business

The Plug & Play Bottling System is specially designed to start-up a small water bottling plant. It can either be used to sell bottled water directly to the public or to bottle your own water.

This system provides 1000 L per day, but we do have other systems available with bigger volumes, which can also treat water from alternative sources. This system is designed to be used on municipal water only.

Plug & Play (2000 L per day) Bottling System includes:

• 3 stage 10" big blue pre filter (sediment, carbon and siliphos filters)

• PP418 Reverse osmosis (RO) purifier with 4 x 180gpd membranes capable of purifying 80-100 litres per hour

• Water meter to monitor the amount of bottled water sold or bottled

• self-priming pump

• Taste and odour polishing filter

• UV light - for sterilizing water before bottling

• 4 x bottling stations for 5l bottles or smaller

• 1 x bottling station on the side for 25 litre bottles

• Must be connected to an additional storage tank of 1000 or 2500 litres (Tank not supplied)
